Through careful observation, you learn some of your user’s needs and challenges. I learnt in this course that Empathy mapping acts as a bridge between Persona and design goals. Empathy Mapping acted as tool for me whenever I felt stuck in my design process, I always went back to Empathy Map and Personas.
